This means breakfast, in ride snacks, bars and gels, bottles, recovery, post race meals, dinner, naughty late nights snacks and the most important... coffee.

2-8 hours on a bicycle can play havoc with your recovery, performance on a multi-stage race and can lead to stress injuries later on. This is why massages are such an integral part of every day for cyclists.
